The Oriental Beach Front View Villa offered stunning sea views. I loved waking up to nature sounds like birds and frogs. The wooden décor and spacious bathroom were lovely. Having breakfast by the beach was a highlight, especially the made-to-order eggs. Staff were genuine, always eager to assist and share local tips. Exploring the island on bicycles added an adventurous touch. some issues arose, like the limited choice for Western dishes at the restaurant. Sandflies were a nuisance at the beach, and it would be nice to have a bit more variety in on-site facilities. Despite these minor drawbacks, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, away from the usual tourist traps. I cherished every moment at the resort.

What’s great and what’s not
The restaurant served amazing authentic Thai meals every day! The beach was mostly attended only by the hotel guests, ensuring a tranquil experience.
The noise from families with children around the pool was occasionally distracting. Not to mention, the lack of an onsite ATM is a bit inconvenient.

We had a grand time! The people here are pure sound, really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simply mighty, especially the made-to-order eggs. The only drawback was the village next door, bit of a sight with all that rubbish around. But overall, a wonderful escape!
